When I realized AI's capability as a universal translator last month, my mind lit up with the possibilities for designing things in the future. For kids it will be easier to make the adjustment. But for those of us who have used code and GUIs to communicate with computers our entire adult life it will be harder to make the shift. But after it's done, there's no going back to thinking in the old way.
AI is here to stay. Its best to learn how to interact with it now, while its still in its infancy. It's only going to play an even bigger role in the future of how we live our lives.
100% — love your point on kids. very curious to see what expectations kids will have of machines and what new mental models they will come up with for interacting with machines.
cannot wait to watch my future kid gaslight and manipulate AIs
